The client portal at app.leveredgeadvisory.com is a separate, access-controlled application governed by your client agreement.

Information you give us

When you complete our intake survey, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to tell us about your business. We ask for this so we can respond to you and prepare for a useful first conversation. We do not ask for financial account credentials or payment details through this website.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and includes data such as approximate location, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We use it in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Service providers

We share information with providers that operate parts of this site on our behalf. Submissions from our intake survey are delivered to and stored in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management platform. Site analytics are processed by Google. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Each processes information for us under its own terms; we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and prepare for conversations with you, to provide and improve our services, and to send you material you have asked to receive. If we email you about our services, every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have an active relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we need them for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact address below.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Contact us and we will honour any request the law requires us to, and in most cases those it does not.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
